These Terms of Service govern your legal interactions with Complete Luxury Charter, its drivers, staff, and website.

3.1 Rules of Passenger Conduct
  • Orderly Behavior: To ensure safety, all passengers must remain orderly throughout the duration of the journey. Complete Luxury Charter enforces a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, abusive, or dangerous behavior toward our chauffeurs or fellow passengers.
  • Right to Refuse Service: Chauffeurs and dispatch management reserve the absolute right to refuse transportation to any individual who is visibly heavily intoxicated, unruly, unsafe, or presents a distinct biohazard/physical risk to the vehicle or occupants. In such events, no refunds will be issued.
  • Seatbelts & Safety: In compliance with British Columbia Motor Vehicle regulations, all passengers must wear seatbelts at all times while the vehicle is in motion, where available.
3.2 Vehicle Damage, Valet, & Cleaning Fees
  • Client Financial Liability: The individual or corporate entity who books the service assumes full financial responsibility for any physical damage, vandalism, or structural harm caused to the vehicle interior or exterior by any member of their party.
  • Cleaning Fees: If a passenger causes excessive mess, liquid spills, or any biohazard incident requiring professional detailing and vehicle downtime, a mandatory cleaning fee starting at $250.00 CAD will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
  • Smoking & Alcohol Restrictions: In strict accordance with British Columbia provincial laws, smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol are completely prohibited inside all commercial transport vehicles. Violations will result in an immediate termination of the charter without refund, plus a $300 CAD remediation fee.
3.3 Limitation of Liability
  • Service Limits: While we pride ourselves on exceptional punctuality, Complete Luxury Charter is not legally liable for secondary financial losses, including but not limited to missed flights, cruise ship departures, concert tickets, business meetings, or hotel bookings due to traffic delays, mechanical failure, or route detours.
  • Cap on Claims: Total legal liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the exact monetary amount paid by the client for that specific booking.
  • Baggage and Personal Belongings: Passengers are solely responsible for tracking their personal electronics, luggage, and valuables. Complete Luxury Charter is not liable for items left behind, lost, or damaged inside our vehicles, though we will make every reasonable effort to return found property to its rightful owner.
3.4 Regulatory & Governing Law

These terms are governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal actions or disputes must be filed and mediated within the jurisdiction courts of British Columbia.
