Effective Date: July 1, 2026

Welcome to Complete Luxury Charter. These Booking Terms govern all reservations made with us for our Vancouver bus shuttles, private charters, point-to-point transfers, and pre-defined scenic tours. By submitting a booking request or making a payment, you agree to these terms in full.

1.1 Reservation & Confirmation

• Written Confirmation: A reservation request submitted through https://completeluxurycharter.com/ or via email is considered tentative until Complete Luxury Charter issues a formal Booking Confirmation email with a unique booking reference number.
• Accuracy of Information: The Client is solely responsible for providing precise travel details, including exact pickup/drop-off addresses, flight numbers, cruise ship terminal details, final passenger counts, and luggage volume. Complete Luxury Charter is not responsible for service delays or failures resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

1.2 Rates, Fees, & Currency

• Currency: All rates, quotes, and transactions are processed and displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Applicable Taxes: All bookings are subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes (GST).
• Incidental & Additional Charges: The final fare covers the itinerary detailed in your confirmation. Additional fees will apply for:
  • Extra stops or route deviations not requested during the initial booking.
  • Excessive waiting times beyond the complimentary grace periods.
  • Tolls, parking fees, BC Ferry fares, and national/provincial park entrance fees (unless explicitly included in a scenic tour package).

1.3 Payment Schedules

• Scheduled Shuttles & Scenic Tours: 100% payment is required upfront at the time of online booking to secure your seats.
• Private Charters & Custom Group Bookings:
  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the specific vehicle, date, and chauffeur.
  • The remaining 75% balance must be paid in full at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled departure date.
  • Bookings made within 14 days of departure require immediate 100% payment.
• Late Payments: Complete Luxury Charter reserves the right to cancel any private charter reservation if the final balance is not received by the 14-day deadline.

1.4 Vehicle Capacity & Substitution

• Strict Capacity Limits: For safety compliance and British Columbia transportation laws, vehicles cannot carry more passengers than their legally certified seating and seatbelt capacity. Chauffeurs reserve the right to deny boarding if your party exceeds the capacity specified in the booking confirmation.
• Luggage Allowance: Clients must select a vehicle appropriate for their luggage load. Excessive baggage that compromises driver visibility or passenger safety cannot be accommodated.
• Vehicle Substitution: While Complete Luxury Charter makes every effort to provide the exact vehicle model requested, we reserve the right to substitute an alternative vehicle of equal or greater capacity and luxury class in the event of unforeseen mechanical issues or scheduling conflicts.
