Complete Luxury Charter commits vehicles, staff, and logistics ahead of schedule. When a booking is cancelled, it limits our ability to offer that vehicle or tour slot to other travelers. Therefore, the following strict timeline penalties apply.

• Airport Arrivals (International): Includes sixty (60) minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual, verified flight landing time.
• Airport Arrivals (Domestic): Includes thirty (30) minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual flight landing time.
• Standard Pickups & Scenic Tours: Includes fifteen (15) minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
• No-Show Tracking: If the passenger or group representative does not make contact with the driver or our dispatch line within these specified windows, the booking will be marked as a "No-Show." No-shows are charged at 100% value, and the vehicle will be cleared to leave.
• Flight Updates: We actively track commercial flights at YVR. If your flight is delayed, your pickup window will automatically adjust based on the new arrival time. However, if your flight is cancelled or your flight number changes, you must notify us immediately to avoid a no-show charge.

2.3 Force Majeure & Weather Delays

Vancouver and its surrounding scenic corridors (such as the Sea-to-Sky Highway to Whistler) are subject to sudden alpine weather shifts, traffic bottlenecks, and ferry delays.

• Complete Luxury Charter shall not be held liable for failure or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather warnings, road closures, traffic accidents involving third parties, natural disasters, strikes, or sudden government restrictions.
• If a pre-defined scenic tour or charter is canceled by Complete Luxury Charter prior to departure due to unsafe road conditions, a full refund or a flexible future rebooking credit will be provided.
